Laminated block of EVA materials, milled on both sides, with computerized corrections included. The orthosis is then detached from the block, where the angulation and sanding processes are completed. The requested non-computerized corrective components and covering are then glued into place. The orthotic device is then cleaned and readied for shipment. In addition, the stamping of the patient file number and laboratory coordinates is also done.
