Laminated block of EVA materials, milled on both sides, with computerized corrections incorporated.  The orthosis is then detached from the block, where the angulation and sanding processes are completed. The orthotic device is now ready to receive all manual corrections and subsequently be covered.  The requested adjustments are then produced. All non-computerized corrective components ordered are shipped, unglued, with the top cover. In addition, the stamping of the patient file number and laboratory coordinates is also done.
